Real meaning of Trampoline & Trampolines
Trampoline is basically a device consisting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs. People bounce on trampoline for recreational and a competitive purpose .it is started becoming very popular in the early 90′s and have grown from strength to strength since. The trampoline was not widely popular until the 1900s when circus performers made it a feature attraction. It became a modern sport in 1936 when the present-day it was developed by American gymnast George Nissen. In the United States, it was originally a trademark for the apparatus perfected by Nissen. Originally designed to work in Gyms, clubs and schools etc. The trampoline is used in the sport of trampolining. Sometimes we called it rebound tumbling; the meaning of tumbling is the gymnastic moves of an acrobat. In the sport,so we can say that it is used to rebound the athlete, so he or she can perform acrobatic movements in midair. The trampoline is also a training tool for gymnasts, divers and pole vaulters (room or space).

Rectangular Trampoline is one of trampolines, It has been proven that jumping on a trampoline can help improve bone density and is good to help improve cardiovascular health. Jumping and bouncing on a it improves your blood flow and circulation and strengthens your legs. You can also improve coordination and balance if you use a rectangular trampoline. There are all kinds of shapes and sizes of trampolines on the market. A rectangular trampoline is typically larger than other one. Rectangular trampoline are sometimes referred to as Olympic trampolines and are built much better than round trampolines. A rectangular trampoline will also cost more than a round trampoline so they are not as popular with the general public. They will also take up more space than around trampoline. Rectangular trampolines are also considered safer than round trampolines and are used by professional athletes more often than any other kind.

2. Some of the best uses would be for aerobics, floor exercise and yoga. It still can provide the perfect surface to perform a wide variety of physical movements

4. It can also used for entertainment purposes and this is the competitive uses of it.
5. We also used in flight and astronaut trainings and in competitive sports like Gymnastics, basketball, volleyball, and so on.
